COPYRIGHT
All copyrights for photographs, videos, floor plans, or graphics created by the Photographer remain with the Photographer. The Photographer retains the right to use and display these materials across various platforms, including websites, brochures, and social media.
The Client acknowledges that the Photographer has the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish these photographs, make alterations, and license their use to others.
The Client’s permitted use of the photographs, videos, floor plans, or graphics is typically governed by a License Usage Agreement.

LICENCE AGREEMENT
The Licence Usage Agreement grants the Client a limited usage right to reproduce, publicly display, and distribute the Photographs only for promotional or advertising purposes directly related to the listing of the Property and the Licence Usage Agreement expires when the purpose of the listing is achieved.
This Licence Usage Agreement is not transferable, and the client cannot resell, license or sub-licence, gift, assign or transfer any rights whatsoever in the photographs. If the Client breaches this agreement the Licence Usage Agreement will immediately expire and be at an end.
TRAVEL LEVY
Properties outside the radius of Lismore, Ballina, Byron area, may incur additional travel charges of $40.00. This will be outlined to you prior to undertaking any services.
